At age 45, I made a decision to be in better physical shape by the
time I turned 50. I knew I didn’t get this unhealthy overnight
and I was ready to take that first step on my journey to a healthier
me physically and emotionally but how? The kindest thing I have
ever done for myself was to contact a qualified personal trainer Pam
Markee.
Pam customized proper exercise techniques for me, my age and abilities.
She taught me the terminology they use today in physical fitness
training centers, she also helped me with proper nutrition. She pushed
me when I needed to be pushed and praised me when I reached my goals.
